Day 6. Things to think about

Critical life messages:
I believe in you
I trust you
I know you can handle life's situations
You are listened to
You are cared for

(REMEMBER TO SEND THEM TO YOUR KIDS)

1. As a teacher/educator you should know what 'pushes your buttons', what makes you angry in order to know where to set boundaries

2. We should teach children how to think not what to think.

3.  What is the difference between motivation and manipulation

4. Why do we lose power struggles with our kids?

5. What language (vocabulary, body language) should we use to motivate kids?

6. Remember the "WE WILL TRY AGAIN..." phrase if your kids fail to succeed in something.

7. What does teamwork bring into your classroom?

7. Children need to know they can make mistakes.
